We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with at least 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management. The HR Manager will play a key role in overseeing and managing all HR functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the development of a high-performing and engaged workforce. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Partner with senior leadership to forecast HR needs and ensure the organization has the right talent to meet current and future objectives.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues. Provide guidance and resolve conflicts in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner.

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including talent acquisition strategies, interviewing, and selection to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met effectively.

  • Training & Development: Lead the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives. Foster employee development opportunities to enhance skills and career growth, improving workforce productivity and satisfaction.

  • Performance Management: Drive the performance management process, including setting clear expectations, facilitating feedback, conducting performance reviews, and providing recommendations for improvement.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage and review the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the industry while maintaining cost-efficiency.

  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations. Review and update company policies to stay current with legislation, and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping for HR-related activities.

  • Employee Engagement & Well-being: Design and implement employee engagement strategies. Promote and support work-life balance, mental health initiatives, and well-being programs that foster a positive workplace culture.

  • HR Data & Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions. Ensure accurate HR records and reporting.

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and career development opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior HR role. Experience in various HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance.

  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Proven experience in leadership, team management, and conflict resolution.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and influence decision-making.
    • Proficient with HR software and systems (HRIS), as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
